After reading almost 75 testimonials written by the incredibly satisfied customers of the FlatRate Moving company in California, I’ve come to the conclusion that they are quite possibly the best moving company in the Los Angeles area. Every client who wrote a review of their services was genuinely impressed with their organization. A good majority of them mentioned that their experiences were pleasurable from the moment that the sales representative picked up the phone until the time their furniture was reassembled in their new homes. Numerous customers commented on how courteous the employees were, and how they were able to calm their nervous and stressed out clients through their courteous and professional mannerisms. In every testimonial, it was stated that the movers took excellent care of the clients’ possessions and left them without a single scratch, dent, or missing item. The movers are said to be very efficient and impressive with their speed and detail while still maintaining the excellent quality of their work, even with obstacles such as narrow doorways, a lack of elevators, or extremely heavy items. The customers were incredibly impressed by their rates and how there were no surprise fees once the job was finished. The clients seemed genuinely happy with FlatRate’s impeccable service and in nearly every single testimony, it stated that the customer would not only use their moving service again, but recommend FlatRate to everyone they knew. Just wanted to let you know what a smooth move I recently had.

I moved from L.A. to SF and have never, ever been as impressed with a company overall as I have been with Flatrate Moving. Every single step of the way, they were diligent, professional, hard working and conscientious. Nothing broke, everything was wrapped meticulously, and they did everything as they said they would. No surprises. I don't know what happened with Kush, but I dealt with Sony, and even though she did make a couple of minor errors, everything went off without a hitch. Would recommend this company wholeheartedly to anyone looking for movers.

Stress free moving in Los Angeles - Are you kidding? (03/29/2010)

I saw it on this not-profit moving organization and when they say stress free moving they're not kidding. The entire process from the inventory to the loading and unloading was completely professional and amazing.

We did a long distance move - South California to Phoenix, AZ. We got really lucky as they were able to load us one day, and drive and unload the next so no waiting 2 weeks for our stuff. the movers were personable, friendly, professional and efficient.

All our of our stuff made it without breakage or scratches. Their attention to protection was amazing. The broke down the large items and put it all back together on the other end. Even our large flat screen tv was in perfect condition.

I would highly recommend this group. The price was the most reasonable to the quotes we received and no surprises. Make FlatRate movers your next!

These guys from flat-rate are the best in the business. Quick, affordable, and can lift more furniture than I thought was humanely possible. Have you ever seen a couch with an armoire and kitchen table stacked on it? I saw it with my own eyes and the best part? Not one scratch on our furniture!!!

I HIGHLY recommend Flat Rate Movers. They made our move quick, painless, and they are worth every penny.

Let me tell you , I have moved in la so many times and have had some pretty bad experiences, but the crew that moved me at Flat Rate was exceptional They were very cool guys that knew how to get things done and were very quick. Let me tell you there is nothing worse than a move! But if you want to change a very negative experience into a tremendously positive one, start by calling 213-404-1080. There you will be carefully and expertly be helped by either Marian or Alex. Wow! They really know what they are doing. Everything will then be confirmed by Troy. Great! Fabulous! Excellent! are just a few of the adjectives. My moves, all three of them Cleo, Rey & Ryan ,were quick easy and perfect. Everything moved and wrapped to perfection, nothing broken and A SMILE ALL THE TIME Please tip these guys, they do not have an easy job and they are handling your valuables like newborn babes Reasonable but worth every penny We love you Flat Rate Movers!

Great Los Angeles Movers. Friendly & Professional (05/14/2010)

I have never had such a pleasant and easy move in my life. Cleo, Jake, Tony and Juan arrived at my home on time and then worked hard to get all of my stuff out by the noon deadline (the new owners were moving in promptly at twelve!). But even before the moving day, LA movers organization had made my move easier--I found out just days before my move that we were not going to be able to get into our new home until late Saturday night or early Sunday morning (and we had to be out of our old home by noon on Friday!). I called LA movers organization in a tizzy and the helpful (and calm) saleswoman said that we could have our furniture delivered on Monday morning. They saved our move from certain disaster. I would use LA movers organization again.

Professional and extremely helpfulThroughout the entire Los Angeles move process, we had great communication from members of the company, making sure everything was going well and to keeping us updated. The moving team was professional and extremely helpful right up to the morning of the move and made the process very easy and comfortable. I never thought that moving is such a pain. i was planning on renting a truck and doing everything by myself. When I realized that I have to rent protection pads for the furniture, boxes for my computer, TV, stereo etc... and then gas, tolls that I have to pay - it was too much of a hassle for me to deal with. I called couple moving companies and all I got is hourly rate with a guess of a total bill. When I called LA movers organization - sales rep. went into the minor details and asked me every possible question about my relocation. In 5 minutes he provided me with all inclusive guaranteed price. On the day of my move movers were on time and did exactly what a sales rep. told me on the phone. To all the people that need to move... This past month I had to move out of my apartment, and a friend recommended me to call LA movers organization, and check their way of work. I've called, and talked to Alex, who explained me everything I need to know about the move, and told me the whole real price, with no hidden fees, based on the items that I moved. The move happened a few days after.
